While we have not had any issues and don't plan on having any, it is important that you are aware of our goals and guarantee's to you as a loyal customer of ours.

Our Goal

You will be kept very up to date and aware of all steps of the process. Emailing is the best way to get a hold of us as those are responded to very frequently.

Unlocking Service
While it is almost impossible to generate a faulty unlock code; in the event of this happening, simply send us a video of the unlock process (you entering the code and it being rejected) and we will issue you a COMPLETE refund, no questions asked. If we are unable to generate an unlock code for you in the allotted time we will also refund 100% of your payment; our services are 100% risk free. If we don't get it done, we'll refund your money, simple as that.

iPhone Unlocking
All iPhones are tested before being sent out, it should be working with any GSM sim card, in the rare event that it is not, simply contact us and we will provide mailing instructions to get the phone back to us and unlocked again. Updating the phone in iTunes is not covered under our gaurantee to you, It is not advised that you update it via iTunes if you want the phone to remain unlocked. We do not cover any cosmetic damages of any sort, we offer a 30 day guarantee for all iPhone unlocks.

All our phones are brand new in original manufacturer cases, in the event that you recieve a defective phone or not unlocked, simply contact us and the phone will be replace or re-unlocked.
